How does it work?
We offer ready-to-move homes for our clients which we refer to as 'Spaces'. Learn more by visiting the 'Join' page. For a bespoke relocation service more suited to your needs, check out the 'Relocation' page.
Can I reserve a space?
The moment you sign the tenancy agreement is when the space has been reserved. This means if referencing is delayed, your ability to reserve the space is also delayed. For our relocation services, you can expedite the process via our express package.
What types of payment do you accept?
We only accept direct debit or bank transfers (set up as standing order) for monthly rent. For any additional services, we accept PayPal, Visa or Mastercard.
Can I move in with a friend?
Yes. You can move in with up to two additional friends, however, they will each be required to have their own tenancy agreement with us. To do so, send us a message first and ensure all parties join using the same unique reference code.
What is an early professional?
We consider any apprentice, intern or graduate an early professional if they are aged under 23 and working full-time.
Can I get a refund?
For our relocation packages, we offer a 48 hour cool-off period where you will receive a 100% refund - no questions asked. Thereafter, we are unable to offer a refund due to having begun our service to you.
How does the express package work?
We will guarantee to find you a home matching your criteria. If we are unable to get you moved in within 12 days, provided you have not declined any of the properties (that meet the criteria), we will offer a full refund.
Services
For all additional services, we are able to offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided you have not used them yet.
